Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
We primarily ship orders via FedEx to provide reliable and timely delivery. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery windows, actual delivery dates may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the size and weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to qualifying orders and are subject to the terms of the promotion.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
For orders shipped to Canada, we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means that applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included as part of the shipment, so you will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery.
If additional shipping destinations become available in the future, eligible countries will automatically appear during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. GolfBestBuy is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or package size. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
